If you wish to return your online purchase for a full refund, please:

Email us at hello@serucchi.com with your order number within 14 days of receipt.
Once your request has been processed and approved, you will be notified and reimbursed within 7 working days of approval.
Send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt at the following address:

Exchanges

If you need an alternative size or colour, please email hello@serucchi.com to request availability. If the item is in stock, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge.

Please note, however, that the return of the original item(s) is still your responsibility.
