- Take a ring that fits the desired finger
- Measure the inside diameter (straight across the centre) in mm
- Match it to the chart above

Option 2: Measure Your Finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger
- Mark where it overlaps
- Measure the length in mm
- Use the circumference column to find your size
