Serucchi £500 Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted.
2. How to Enter: To enter, simply subscribe to the Serucchi newsletter via the sign-up form. No purchase is necessary.
3. Competition Period: The competition will run from 24th September 2025 and close at 11:59 PM (BST) on 29th November 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be counted.
4. The Prize: One winner will receive £500 to spend on Serucchi products of their choice. The prize must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be used on sale items. Other discounts or promotional offers will not apply in conjunction with this prize.
5. Prize Conditions: The £500 must be spent in one order and only one delivery address will be accepted. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries shortly after the competition closes. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at sign-up. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Serucchi reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Data Protection: By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Serucchi. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. General: Serucchi reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
